Returns Policy

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you’re not satisfied, you may return your item within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Conditions for Returns:

  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

How to Return an Item:

  1. Visit softtoysgifts.com and log in to your account.
  2. Go to “Order History” and select the item you wish to return.
  3. Follow the instructions to generate a return label (if applicable) and package your item securely.
  4. Ship the item back to us using a tracked delivery service.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel your order, please do so as soon as possible.

  • Before Shipping: If your order hasn’t been dispatched, we can cancel it immediately. Visit softtoysgifts.com and manage your order in your account.
  • After Shipping: If your order has already been shipped, you’ll need to return it following our standard returns process.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please let us know within 7 days of delivery. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.
